Movie/Film & Video Production

Like many creative artists involved in video work, movie and film production is our foremost passion. This fervor for translating a writer or director’s vision into an entertaining, captivating piece of art permeates all of our work, including our commercial productions. In fact, when we shoot our TV commercial spots and music videos, we do it from the viewpoint of filmmakers working on a feature-film, with a great deal of attention to cinematography and art. 

State-of-the-Art Production Equipment

Making high quality films is our first love, and if we could pay all of our bills by working on movie projects, we would. Our commitment to high levels of quality is evident in the professional equipment that we use and continually upgrade. We shoot most of our productions using Higher Definition cameras such as the Red One Camera. Endorsed by big names like Academy Award-winning director Steven Soderbergh who says “This is the camera I have been waiting for my whole career…” and “24” Cinematographer Rodney Charter who says “Revolutionary might not be a strong enough word to describe…RED…,” this camera will produce images on your productions on par with many films released by Hollywood today.

Supporting the RED, and also capable of producing stunning images on set, are our professional Sony HD cameras like the Sony EX1R and a full array of Canon DSLR's such as the 5DmkII and 1DmkIV. 

BLARE Media uses multiple high-end Macintosh editing systems with dedicated back-ups in post-production. Industry-standard tools like Final Cut Pro and Adobe Creative Suite add a cinematic look and feel to our films. A full suite of professional audio recording gear like booms and Sennheiser microphones help us record great audio and when it comes to lighting we have the ability to scale up to huge multi-truck Hollywood levels.
