Share 'Talent Agent Event'

Hey guys.  I was driving in my car, listening to the radio and caught an add about a program of sorts dealing with talent agencies.  The site is proscout.com.  I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about this program/company?  Has anyone attended it before?  Any opinions, facts, or personal experiences about/with this company would be greatly appreciated.   Thanks all,   Shanna Martin
