Talent Agent Event

Hey guys. I was driving in my car, listening to the radio and caught an add about a program of sorts dealing with talent agencies. The site is proscout.com. I was just wondering if anyone knows anything about this program/company? Has anyone attended it before? Any opinions, facts, or personal experiences about/with this company would be greatly appreciated.

proscouts is one of the better one out there. you will go in a talent scout will look at you and pretty much says yes or no. if he says yes you will have to go to LA oh you will have to pay of course I think like 800 bucks to attend . they will have a 3 day event where you will do runway, they will have you do a monolouge in front of some guy but if he likes you he will let you do your monolouge in front of the agents. they will have a huge meeting bringing in some kids or people who made it from proscouts and what they are now working on. then one more walk in front of the agents. granted you do have to pay for it and they will have classes there to attend if you want. But thier usaually some ok agenices there. ford LA And NY will be there some managers and some pretty decent small agents. after all that the agents/managers will right down who they want to see after its all over you will have a quick meeting with them there. they can help you but you have to be willing to work your butt off and make the drive to LA on a weekly basis if one of them picks you. the agents are all over so dont stay in your room they will have badges on so while they are poolside or at the bar or in the elevator hit them up dont let an opportunity slip by they are paid to be there to work not to vaction. if someone really stands out they will pick them. out of a thousand people Dj was kid of the weekend even the president knew who he was by the end of the weekend and landed an agent. hope this helps
