Event Description

Nov. 10-12

Fresno Filmworks presents the 2017 Fresno Film Festival at the historic Tower Theatre. Our 13th annual festival will feature filmmaker discussions and award-winning feature films from all over the world. The lineup includes: “Django,” the French drama about a famed World War II-era jazz guitarist; “I Dream in Another Language,” the Mexican tale that speaks to the preservation of a dying indigenous language in the hands of two sworn enemies; “The Women’s Balcony,” a comedic drama about women in Jerusalem who band together to fight for their rights and traditions; and more. Tickets for individual programs cost $10 general and $8 for students and seniors; festival passes cost $50. Tickets and passes can be purchased at the Tower Theatre box office, 815 E. Olive Ave., or online at FresnoFilmworks.org. Visit FresnoFilmworks.org for details.
